At PaySprint Private Limited, we are committed to providing seamless and transparent API services to our B2B clients.
This policy outlines our terms for payments, collections, refunds, and cancellations. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Payment & Collection Policy
- PaySprint operates on a prepaid model, requiring full payment before accessing our API services.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, Internet Banking and other digital payment options available on our platform.
- If there is insufficient balance in your account, services may be temporarily suspended until the required payment is made.
- Late payments may be subject to penalties or late fees, as outlined in the service agreement.
- PaySprint reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new charges, or update payment terms with prior notice.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining updated billing information to prevent service disruptions.
- PaySprint is not responsible for any payment processing delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
- Taxes & Additional Charges: All applicable taxes, fees, and government levies must be borne by the client. PaySprint reserves the right
to recover any unpaid taxes or levies.
- Account Suspension & Recovery:
- PaySprint reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access if payments are not made on time.
- Any reinstatement of services after suspension may require an additional reactivation fee.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- API services once approved, activated and used.
- Payments made for one-time setup, onboarding, or integration fees.
- Refund requests due to changes in business operations after payment.
- Partial usage of API credits does not entitle clients to a refund.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Payment Deduction – If a client is charged incorrectly due to a system error, PaySprint will verify and process a refund.
- Duplicate Payments – If a client makes a duplicate payment for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
- Service Non-Approval – If PaySprint, the Bank, or the Service Provider does not approve the requested service, a refund will be initiated.
2.3 Exemptions from Refunds
- Client Errors: PaySprint will not process refunds for payments made in error, incorrect account details, or API misconfiguration by the
client.
- Third-Party Failures: PaySprint is not liable for any service disruptions caused by third-party providers, including banks, payment gateways, or network failures.
- Unauthorized Usage: If an account is accessed by unauthorized parties, PaySprint is not responsible for any transactions made.
2.4 How to Request a Refund
- Clients must email their respective Relationship Manager and copy info@paysprint.in, including transaction details and the reason for the refund request.
- PaySprint will review and verify refund requests.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 90 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds will not be issued in cash or transferred to a third-party account.
2.5 Chargeback Policy
- Clients must contact PaySprint support before initiating a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services.
- PaySprint reserves the right to take legal action to recover losses from fraudulent chargeback claims.
- Any chargeback fees imposed by financial institutions will be passed on to the client.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Once an API service is activated, cancellations are not allowed.
- Clients should carefully review service requirements before making a payment.
- For contract-based services, cancellation terms will be outlined in the signed service agreement.
- PaySprint reserves the right to terminate services if a client:
- Violates terms of service.
- Engages in fraudulent activity.
- Misuses the API.
- Early Termination Fees: If a client cancels a service before the end of a contractual period, they may be required to pay an early termination fee as per the service agreement.
- If services are terminated due to policy violations, any refund eligibility will be determined solely at PaySprint’s discretion.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- No Warranty: PaySprint provides its API services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
- Limited Liability:
- PaySprint’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the past three (3) months.
- PaySprint is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Client Responsibility:
- Clients are solely responsible for compliance with laws related to API usage, financial transactions, and data privacy.
- Any misuse of API services resulting in legal, regulatory, or financial penalties shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Payment or refund-related disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
- Clients can raise a dispute by contacting info@paysprint.in.
- Our team will investigate and provide a response within 10 business days.
- If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be handled as per the legal process outlined in the service agreement.
- In case of legal disputes:
- Governing Law: The policy shall be governed by the laws of Delhi, India.
- Arbitration Clause: Both parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration before initiating legal proceedings.
- Arbitration will be conducted in Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
